PRINT PARCEL · SIZE GUIDE
Sizes are calculated from image pixels and the selected PPI target. The printer, paper, viewing distance and original image quality also affect results. Check your printer's requirements and make a test print.
A SMALL STEP BEFORE THE SEND
Add JPG or PNG files from your device. We read their dimensions; your original artwork stays untouched.
Look at ratios, print-size limits, names and file sizes. A warning is a prompt to review, not an automatic fix.
Preview a simple buyer guide, then print or save it using your browser. Keep the check report for yourself.
Use “Try a sample collection” to see a passing check and a few warnings. Samples replace the current list; they never change your original files.
Add an image you are allowed to use. It replaces the samples. Enter the intended print size, then check whether the result and warning make sense.
Download the size guide or check report and open it. Treat draft guides as references, not ready-to-send promises. Use the feedback notes below for anything confusing.
This prepares feedback text on your device. It is not sent automatically. We do not automatically include file names, images, calculation inputs or an email address. Anything you type is included, so please do not paste purchased artwork or sensitive information. Refreshing clears these notes.
The checker reviews dimensions, ratios, resolution-based sizes, names and delivery limits. It cannot verify sharpness, artwork ownership, colour accuracy, printer settings or the result on paper. A passed check is not permission to use or sell artwork.
The Etsy reminder covers directly attached files: up to 5 files, each at most 20 MB. This prototype uses a conservative 20,000,000-byte limit. It does not inspect ZIP archives or prepare an Etsy listing.
Confirm the intended size and every warning, check your print provider's requirements and make a test print. See Help & FAQ for calculations and supported files, or Privacy for how local checks work.
PPI describes how many image pixels fit into each printed inch. DPI describes a printer's dots, not the image's pixel count. Here, the PPI target only changes the size calculation. It does not edit, upscale or improve your image.

“At 300 PPI, up to” divides pixel dimensions by the target: 3,000 × 4,000 pixels gives 10 × 13.33 inches at 300 PPI. This is a pixel-based estimate, not a print-quality promise.
“Intended print size” is the size you plan to offer. Enter it to check its PPI and shape. We can read explicit filename sizes such as 16x20in or 40x50cm, but not a bare 2x3. A different shape may need cropping or a border.
A warning means review a condition such as low PPI, a shape mismatch or a delivery limit. It does not mean the image is automatically unusable. An error means a required file detail or input could not be read or accepted; correct it before relying on that check.
Guides with warnings or errors remain marked DRAFT. A passing result still needs your visual review and a test print.
JPG and PNG only, up to 20 files in a local collection and 50 MB per file. These browser-resource limits are separate from Etsy's delivery limits. Large images may receive a header-only check; that does not verify all image pixels. PDF, SVG, PSD and ZIP contents are not checked.
For marketplace requirements, use Etsy's digital listing guide. For print settings, follow your print provider's instructions.
The checker reads selected images on your device; it does not upload them. This version has no accounts, analytics, tracking cookies or app-managed persistent storage. Refreshing clears the collection and feedback notes.
Downloads and printing happen only when you choose them. Guides and check reports contain file names and size information, not artwork. Review them before sharing. Feedback text contains what you type; it is prepared locally, not submitted by a web form.
If you choose to send an email, your email service and the recipient's email service process that message. The site does not send it for you.
When you access this trial over the web, loading the page makes basic web requests. The hosting provider may process request information or access logs, such as IP addresses. That is separate from uploading artwork: image checks run in your browser. External help links also open other providers' websites.
The link opens your email app; nothing is sent until you choose to send it. You can copy the local feedback notes into your message.
Include what you tried, what you expected, what happened, and your browser or device type. A made-up filename or simple example is enough. Please do not send purchased artwork, passwords, order details or other private data.
